However, we tabled a decision due to a concern that you and other members of the <br />Pitrina Park Terrace Homeowners Association may not have received a copy of my staff <br />report. (We mailed it to the return address indicated on your letter of May 2001 but should <br />have also sent a copy directly to you. Please accept my apology for this oversight.) <br />This topic will be discussed by the Council at their meeting of June 27th. You and <br />members of your association are invited to attend. I am enclosing a copy of the staff <br />report as well as an excerpt from the Council Meeting Minutes of May 231d to give you the <br />City's background on this matter.
