Staff appreciates the points raised by the Association. In fact, the issues they raise are some of the <br />reasons the City required Park View Court to be a public street. However, we can not recommend the <br />City take over maintenance based upon the reasons stated above. <br />We have attached minutes from the review of this development as well as others that involved private <br />streets to aid in your consideration of this request.
