To the city of Little Canada: We have just recently purchased and
built a four -foot high fence in surrounding half of our backyard. It seems
there is some confusion on whether or not we're allowed to keep it up.
We're asking you to let us keep it up depending on the opinions of our
neighbors. We've made a petition showing that all of our neighbors are okay
with us having our fence up and also to be six feet high instead of four feet.
Our kids have many toys and other objects in our yard, but the fence covers
up and makes the yard look better if anything. We realize it's four feet too
close to the middle of the street, but we're asking you to allow the variance
as long as it's not hurting anyone and our neighbors are okay with it.
Sincerely,
The Montgomery Family
Wei Li Jr- Gao-f n j L;»
C+ Rose wood D r .
CIA1( \OLP (\
( f' •Q 444 )6vr- W'nnv`C
Page 18
