The original PUD called for a 12,000 square foot building that
had a 50/50 split of office and warehouse.
Biagini reported that Simon Delivers.com, a home grocery delivery
company, is the proposed tenant for the building. Simon Delivers would
be signing a 10 -year lease for the space. Biagini reported that if Simon
Delivers does not locate in this space, his plans are to continue with
construction of the building. He would then remove every other garage
bay and install service doors in their place.
Keis pointed out that he had a concem with the amount of trucks and
traffic that this building would generate. He noted that the original plan
was for a 50/50 office /warehouse split.
Page 9
