Hanson <br />One of the lots in the Green Value Subdivision (east of City Hall) is selling. An attorney <br />involved in the transaction has asked that a release be filed that indicates the terms of our <br />Development Agreement with Carl Swanson have been satisfied. That is a correct status <br />and I would recommend adoption of the attached release to address this situation for all <br />lots in this subdivision. <br />Page 36 <br />
