Hanson <br />Attached for your review and approval is a revised copy of Section 205, Sanitary Sewer System, <br />of the City of Little Canada Municipal Code. <br />The main focus of the revisions is to delete specific fees being stated in the ordinance and List <br />them out into a schedule where they can be easily revised an updated by the Council each year. <br />Other changes reflect current city staff titles and duties, as well as current engineering standards <br />for materials and installation. <br />If you have any questions on the revisions, please contact me prior to the council meeting to <br />allow sufficient time to clarify /research your questions and provide you an answer. <br />1Ldessic Age 2000' December 5`Sener Ordinance <br />Page 90 <br />
