It is probably difficult for the vendor to say without question that they can agree to a reduced rate at this time. The reason quite frankly, will depend on how good a job we (Roseville) do in working with you. I believe Roseville, is in a position to have the most control over the costs and delivering a mutually acceptable result. So that you have a minimum of risk and something more concrete, we can provide you the assurance that your maintenance costs in year 2 -5 would not exceed 53,000 on an annual basis, unless the City of Little Canada would add additional modules. This deed conveys the south half of Hannah Street together with a five foot strip necessitated by the encroachment of the retaining wall constructed in connection with the Goodyear Development onto the Anderson mini - storage parcel. It is my understanding that the plat is being revised to show this change along with the storm sewer easement required due to the fact that the storm water runoff was directed to the catch basin which was located in the southwest corner of the mini - storage parcel via piping which runs across a portion of the mini - storage parcel. You indicated in our discussion that the City Council is meeting on Tuesday, November 21. Please obtain the Council's approval to the enclosed deeds and return them to me for recording.
