(The per - claimant limit of $300,000 does not change.) <br />Here's how LMCIT will adjust members' liability coverage limits to reflect the change: <br />• All liability coverage written or renewed on or after November 15 will carry a limit of <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence. <br />• All cities whose current coverage expires after January 1 will receive an automatic <br />endorsement increasing their coverage limit to $1,000,000 per occurrence effective <br />January 1. There will be no additional charge for this endorsement. <br />The LMCIT Liability coverage also has sub - limits and/or annual aggregate limits on <br />coverage for certain exposures.
