CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING DATA PRACTICES COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL <br />WHEREAS, <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05 Subd. 13 requires that the City appoint a City <br />employee to act as its data practices compliance official to receive questions or concerns <br />regarding problems in obtaining access to data or other data practices problems within the <br />City, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council shares the concern expressed by the Legislature about access to City <br />data and wishes to satisfy this concern by immediately appointing a qualified data <br />practices compliance official as required under statute. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council appoints Kathleen Glanzer as the data practices <br />compliance official to receive questions and concerns regarding problems in obtaining <br />access to data or other data practices problems. <br />Adopted by the Little Canada City Council on October 11, 2000. <br />Attest: <br />Joel R.
