Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: August 9, 2000 <br />RE: Setback Variance — 3179 Spruce Street <br />Bill Tschida, St. Paul Water Utility, contacted us and would like to ensure that a fence is <br />installed between the 25 foot easement area allowed for limited use and the 35 foot <br />easement area where no encroachment is to take place. Mr. Tschida requested that the <br />property owner install the fence. The Water Utility would also like all debris and <br />materials removed from property located west of the 25 -foot easement area as well as <br />restoring this property to the grade and appearance that existed prior to the <br />encroachments. <br />Page 1 <br />
