Hanson <br />Larry and Denise Kerr have applied for a filling and grading permit for their property along <br />Keller Parkway (vacant lot on the west side of the road between the ditch on the north and the <br />T Bar F ranch on the south). A total of approximately 4000 cubic yards of excavation/fill <br />material is needed to correct the existing soil condition and fill the site for the construction of <br />their new home. They will be filling 1,842 square feet of wetland on this site. <br />The Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed District has granted a permit to the Kerr's for this <br />work. <br />I have reviewed their plan and inspected the site.
