Recommendation <br />Based on the information discussed in this report, staff recommends approval of the <br />proposed Conditional Use Permit Amendment (CUPA) application for a change in the <br />approved site plan, provided that in no case shall storage occur in the required setbacks <br />under penalty of immediate citation for City Code violation. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
