It is our understanding that the <br />property will leave the existing driveways as they are on the Ryan Lane side of the <br />property, that is two 24 -foot wide driveways separated by approximately a 40 -foot space. <br />On the Spruce Street side of the property, it is proposed to take a wide driveway opening <br />approximately 90 feet in width and create a curbed island in the middle. This island will <br />define two 32 -foot wide driveways on either side. Given the existing wide open nature of <br />the Spruce Street side of the property, the proposed change will be a vast improvement. <br />We have reviewed some of the other properties in the Ryan Industrial Park for driveway <br />widths. It appears that several of the properties have driveways over the maximum <br />allowable by ordinance Therefore, we would recommend approval of the proposed two <br />32 -foot wide driveways along the Spruce Street side of the property. <br />If you have any questions regarding this issue, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Howard R.
