Answers to questions asked at the last Council meeting are as follows: <br />• Part of the existing wetland area is being filled. <br />• Filling of this wetland complies with the Wetland Conservation Act due to a <br />deminimus exemption when the area is less than 2,000 square feet. <br />♦ A hardship must be demonstrated in order for the Watershed District to grant a <br />deminimus exemption and one existed in this case. <br />♦ The wetland area is being restored as indicated in the letter from Jason R.
