B <br />Maplewood, MN 55109 <br />RE: Grading Permit Application <br />Kerr Property <br />6XX Keller Parkway, Little Canada <br />EDI EMMONS <br />& OLIVIER <br />RESOURCES <br />Dear Mr. Langer. <br />Enclosed please find two (2) sets of Grading Plans and four (4) sets of Erosion Control <br />Plans for the aforementioned project. Also enclosed is a grading permit application a <br />wetland exemption application form and de minimis calculation sheet. <br />Ms. Kerr has contracted Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc to assist her in applying for a <br />Watershed District Grading Permit. We have met Ms. Kerr on -site and have discussed <br />development options with her. <br />Existing Site Conditions <br />A wetland delineation by Aquatic EcoSolutions, Inc. was done on the site May 12, 2000. <br />The delineation identified one marginal Type 1,2 wetland within the property. <br />Dominant vegetation included geed canary grass, jewelweed, willow and red -osier <br />dogwood shrubs and black willow trees. Upland areas of the property are dominated by <br />cottonwood, sugar maple, box elder trees; tartarian honeysuckle, common buckthorn <br />shrubs; and smooth brome grass, Canada bluegrass, tall goldenrod, Canada goldenrod, <br />Canada thistle, cleaver's bedstraw, great burdock, ground ivy and bull thistle ground <br />cover. <br />Soils identified in the delineation consist of sandy loam in the uplands and a septic soil <br />within the wetland basin. <br />Proposed Site Modifications <br />The Kerr family would like to construct a home on the parcel.
