Sprosty <br />633 Keller Parkway <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />985 Ruth Street St. Paul, Minnesota 55119 <br />August 11, 1981 <br />Re: Proposed Resubdivision of Blomquist's <br />Lakeside Addition to the City of Little Canada <br />Dear Mr. Sprosty: <br />This evening, the Board of Managers of the Ramsey- Washington Metro <br />Watershed District reviewed the proposed resubdivision of Lots 4, 5, 6, and <br />7 of Blomquist's Lakeside Addition. A motion was duly made, seconded, and <br />passed approving the proposed revised lot subdivision providing the City <br />impose building limitations and require the necessary setbacks and easements <br />to accomplish the following conditions: <br />1. The proposed lot configuration, as recommended in Exhibits E or C of <br />the letter report from Mr. Brad Nielsen (dated August 3, 1981 to <br />the Little Canada Planning Commission, Mayor, and City Council) be <br />the actual lot configuration for the replatted area. <br />2. Minimum floor elevations of any building to be constructed on <br />Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Blomquist's Lakeside Addition are to be no <br />less than 1 foot above the centerline elevation of Keller Parkway <br />adjacent to each of the respective lots. <br />3. Side slopes on the county ditch which passes through this addition <br />shall be no steeper than 1 foot vertical rise and 4 foot horizontal <br />distance. <br />4. Fill on Lots 6, 7, and 8 shall not extend further west than the <br />east 100 feet of each respective lot; the east line being the west <br />right -of -way line of Keller Parkway. <br />5. That portion of Lots 6, 7, and 8 which lie west of the east 100 <br />feet of said lots must be dedicated to the City of Little Canada <br />for drainage and utility easements. <br />Page 24 <br />
