e. Survey. In addition, this Agreement is contingent on the survey obtained. If after a <br />careful review of the survey it appears that the survey does not comply with the <br />current legal description of the Property as set forth herein, then this Agreement is <br />void and all earnest money shall be immediately returned to Purchaser. <br />In the event that this Purchase Agreement is terminated pursuant to any of the foregoing <br />contingencies and conditions precedent, all earnest money, together with accrued interest, if any, shall <br />be promptly refunded to the Purchaser. <br />16. Notice.
