Hanson <br />Email: cityhall @ci.little- canada.mn.us <br />CUP Status Report for Donald Valento <br />at 3176 and 3179 Spruce Street <br />TO: Mayor, Council Members, City Administrator <br />FROM: Luke Vigoren, Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: August 23, 2000 <br />RE: CUP Status for Donald Valento at 3176 and 3179 Spruce Street <br />Mr. Valento was granted an extension giving him until August 1, 2000 to complete the <br />conditions pertaining to the Conditional Use Permits on his properties at 3176 and 3179 <br />Spruce Street. Following are the conditions for these two properties not yet satisfied. <br />3176 Spruce <br />Conditions pertaining to the temporary continuation of exterior auto parts storage to be <br />discontinued December 31, 2000: <br />1. Limitation on the number of repairable and /or antique cars to be stored on the <br />property to a total of (15) fifteen. The Applicant and /or business owners must <br />designate a storage area on the site plan in the designated storage area for the (15) <br />fifteen vehicles. Vehicles do not include clips of cars. <br />The number or repairable cars is under 15, but only because so many cars <br />are considered to be clips, many repairable cars are not within designated <br />areas. Said clips are also out of designated areas. <br />2. Limitation in size of area dedicated to clips of cars and parts storage to the <br />designated area on the site plan to a 20 -foot x 40 -foot area immediately behind the <br />north side of the building. This type of exterior storage will sunset on December 31, <br />2000 as it is not permitted in any district in the City of Little Canada as of November <br />of 1984 <br />- Clips are not in designated areas <br />3. The automobiles and /or clips /auto parts must be stored in the rear yard and may <br />encroach into the side and rear yard setback, but in no case shall equipment be <br />located closer than ten (10) feet to a rear yard or side yard lot line. <br />Page 1 <br />
