Considerable discussion followed regarding people's interest in the City Council continuing their pursuit of <br />this idea. Based upon this discussion, it was decided that we will survey the property owners whose land is <br />directly impacted by the thoroughfare layout to obtain their interest in this concept. The City Administrator <br />said he would mail out a survey at a later date.
