Hanson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Planning Commission Members <br />FROM: Greg Schroeder, Director of Public Works <br />DATE: July 5, 2000 <br />RE: Proposed Driveway Easement <br />I have reviewed the proposed driveway easement for the new house proposed to be constructed <br />at 666 LaBore Road. I have no problem with the proposed easement. <br />This site can be provided city water from either LaBore Road or Keller Parkway. If city water is <br />extended from LaBore Road, an easement for this line is required that will also enable city staff <br />access to their proposed line and curbstop. If city water is provided from Keller Parkway, the <br />curbstop would be located at their property line along Keller Parkway. <br />I recommend sanitary sewer for this house be connected to Met Councils line which runs along <br />Keller Parkway. <br />H:Vessicai \Greg S \666 labore easement.doc <br />Page 63 <br />
