MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 26, 2000 CUP - 743 EAST COUNTY ROAD B-2 — TACRENY VARIANCE — 666 LABORE ROAD — O'NEIL CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Fahey noted that at the request of the applicant, the Planning Commission tabled action on the Conditional Use Permit for total garage space of approximately 1,300 square feet at 743 East County Road B -2 until their August meeting. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -7-174 — CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GARAGE SPACE AT 743 EAST COUNTY ROAD B-2 AS REQUESTED BY MR. AND MRS. TACHENY UNTIL THE AUGUST 23, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on the request for a Variance from the requirement for direct access to a public street for the O'Neil property at 666 LaBore Road pending the property owners and:the neighbors getting together to try to work out an agreement orr the access issue. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -7 -175 — TABLING ACTION ON THE ACCESS VARIANCE FOR THE O'NEIL PROPERTY AT 666 LABORE ROAD UNTIL THE AUGUST 23, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -7- 176 — APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OFA TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR AUGUST 4, 5, AND 6, 2000 FOR THE CANADIAN DAYS COMMITTEE; Page 76
