Permanent Easement for Drainage, Utility and Storm Sewer Purposes: <br />That part of Lots 22 and 23, Round Lake, according to said plat on file and of record in <br />the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 23; thence South 01 degree 05 minutes <br />37 seconds East, an assumed bearing along the West line of said Lot 23, a distance of <br />100.68 feet to the point of beginning of said easement to be hereinafter described; thence <br />continuing South 01 degree 05 minutes 37 seconds East, along said West line of Lot 23, a <br />distance of 59.88 feet; thence South 57 degrees 42 minutes 18 seconds East, a distance of <br />40.00 feet to the shoreline of Round Lake; thence Northeasterly, along said shoreline of <br />Round Lake, to the intersection with a line which bears South 57 degrees 42 minutes 18 <br />seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 57 degrees 42 minutes 18 <br />seconds West, to the point of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said Easement unto said Grantee and its assigns.
