I <br />have increased my presence monitoring and ticketing traffic violators both in <br />the morning and afternoon rush hour times. I have not noticed an increased <br />problem with speed violators and I don't feel that the volume of traffic <br />would warrant a 4 -way stop sign to be put into that intersection.
