Outdoor Lighting Contract <br />In consideration of NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, hereinafter called "NSP" extending its <br />facilities to make outdoor lighting services available to: <br />(Customer) City of Little Canada <br />at (service address): Little Canada Road east from Rice Street to County Road C East <br />t-= $(City) Little Canada (State) MN (Zip Code) 55117 <br />the sum of Two hundred forty -one thousand , Dollars ($241,523.00) <br />,"will be paid to NSP by (other than above)City of Little Canada <br />7 Address (other than above) 515 Little Canada Road <br />(City) Little Canada (State) MN (Zip Code) 55117 <br />in accordance with the following terms of payment: 30 Days after construction begins <br />Service consisting of: <br />The installation of a Purchase Option Group 5 streetlighting system consisting of: <br />57 — 150 Watt HPS hexagonal lantern style L60 designer series fixtures mounted on 15'aluminum poles with <br />fluted designer base covers and 6" screw in anchor bases. <br />2 additional poles and fixtures to be stored by the City of Little Canada to be used for potential knockdowns. <br />Conduit to be installed on South side of Little Canada Road from County Road C, west to the east side of Rail <br />Road tracks and the SE corner of Rice and Little Canada Road for future lighting locations. <br />The method of conduit and cable installation shall be by plow, road boring for road crossings and directional <br />boring for driveways. <br />All restoration to be completed by the City of Little Canada. <br />Dated this day of 20 <br />Customer: <br />Dated this _ day of 20 <br />Northern States Power Company <br />By: By: <br />Title: <br />Title: Consultant <br />NSP Rep: Date: Div: <br />NSP Proj /Sery No: <br />Total Amount Paid: <br />Page 19 <br />
