JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA CITY OF VADNAIS HEIGHTS <br />H. ARBITRATION <br />Any dispute under this Agreement shall be arbitrated by Little Canada and <br />Vadnais Heights under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. It is <br />understood that each party will bear its own respective costs resulting from these <br />proceedings. It is further understood that each party shall be responsible for one- <br />half of the costs imposed by the American Arbitration Association. <br />DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement shall continue for an indefinite term and as long as Vadnais <br />Heights continues to provide water to that portion of Little Canada that will be <br />served as a result of the construction of the water main which is the subject matter <br />of this Agreement and Little Canada provides sanitary sewer to Lots 1 through 3, <br />Block 2, Twin Lake Pines Addition. <br />J. SUCCESSORS BOUND. <br />This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any successor <br />governmental subdivision of the parties, or any governmental subdivision that <br />assumes ownership of the municipal water system in Vadnais Heights or the <br />sanitary sewer system in Little Canada. <br />The remainder of this page is intentionally left blank. <br />Page 68 <br />
