C. The annual fee for an adult use - accessory license shall be as established by City <br />Council resolution. The annual fee for an adult use - principal license shall be as <br />established by City Council resolution. <br />Section 24. <br />Section 818.050. is hereby amended as follows: <br />818.050. LICENSE FEE. The license fees for secondhand goods, multiple sales, and <br />pawnbrokers shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The pawnbroker's license <br />fee shall be reviewed every six (6) months. <br />Section 25. <br />Section 819.030. is hereby amended as follows: <br />819.030. APPLICATION, FEE AND LICENSE PERIOD. Application for a temporary <br />outdoor sales /displays license shall be made to the City on a form to be provided by the City. <br />Each person or business may be issued only two such permits per year. Each permit shall be <br />valid for a consecutive two -week period only. The fee for such license shall be established by <br />City Council resolution. <br />Section 26. <br />Section 1101.050. is hereby amended as follows: <br />1101.050. LICENSE AND REGISTRATION REQUIRED. All dogs over three (3) <br />months of age kept, harbored or maintained within the City shall be licensed and registered. Dog <br />licenses shall be issued by the City upon payment of a license fee as established by City Council <br />resolution and such license shall be valid for two (2) years. The applicant shall give the <br />following information on forms provided by the City: owner's name and address, name, breed <br />(if known), color, and sex of the dog. The applicant shall also present proof of vaccination to the <br />City prior to issuance or renewal of a license. <br />The provisions of this Section shall not be intended to apply to dogs whose owners are <br />visitors temporarily in the City for sixty (60) days or less, to dogs brought into the City for <br />appearance in a dog show, or to "seeing eye" dogs. <br />No person shall keep more than three (3) dogs or three (3) cats over three (3) months of <br />age in any residential dwelling unit within the City of Little Canada. However, the total number <br />of dogs and cats per dwelling unit shall not exceed four (4). <br />Section 27. <br />Page 86 <br />
