C. The annual fee for an adult use - accessory license shall be as established by City Council resolution. The annual fee for an adult use - principal license shall be as established by City Council resolution. Section 24. Section 818.050. is hereby amended as follows: 818.050. LICENSE FEE. The license fees for secondhand goods, multiple sales, and pawnbrokers shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The pawnbroker's license fee shall be reviewed every six (6) months. Section 25. Section 819.030. is hereby amended as follows: 819.030. APPLICATION, FEE AND LICENSE PERIOD. Application for a temporary outdoor sales /displays license shall be made to the City on a form to be provided by the City. Each person or business may be issued only two such permits per year. Each permit shall be valid for a consecutive two -week period only. The fee for such license shall be established by City Council resolution. Section 26. Section 1101.050. is hereby amended as follows: 1101.050. LICENSE AND REGISTRATION REQUIRED. All dogs over three (3) months of age kept, harbored or maintained within the City shall be licensed and registered. Dog licenses shall be issued by the City upon payment of a license fee as established by City Council resolution and such license shall be valid for two (2) years. The applicant shall give the following information on forms provided by the City: owner's name and address, name, breed (if known), color, and sex of the dog. The applicant shall also present proof of vaccination to the City prior to issuance or renewal of a license. The provisions of this Section shall not be intended to apply to dogs whose owners are visitors temporarily in the City for sixty (60) days or less, to dogs brought into the City for appearance in a dog show, or to "seeing eye" dogs. No person shall keep more than three (3) dogs or three (3) cats over three (3) months of age in any residential dwelling unit within the City of Little Canada. However, the total number of dogs and cats per dwelling unit shall not exceed four (4). Section 27. Page 86
