Hanson <br />As part of the consideration for rezoning of properties along County Road C, Council <br />Member Morelan had asked if there was any discussion regarding Outlot A at the time <br />Center Place was platted that would be relevant to the rezoning consideration. <br />Attached are the minutes from the Council meeting at the time the Preliminary Plat for <br />Center Place was approved. There is some discussion about Outlot A in these minutes. <br />No discussion occurred relative to Outlot A at the time Final Plat was approved. Also, <br />the Development Agreement does not specifically address Outlot A. <br />Page 146 <br />
