• Earnest money for subsequent phases would not be refundable. <br />Carol Ebert, our real estate agent, does not recommend proceeding at this time. She has <br />indicated there is other interest in the property. She also pointed out that the property <br />may not have had enough time to be fully exposed to the market. While not discounting <br />Mr. Johnson's proposal, she has other ideas she would like to discuss with you. (She will <br />be present at Wednesday's meeting.) A workshop may be necessary. <br />As always, the council will need to make the final determination as to its desired course <br />of action.
