30. Offer and Acceptance. This Agreement has been executed first by Purchaser and <br />shall be deemed a continuing offer by Purchaser to Seller until February 29, 2000. If an <br />executed and unaltered acceptance by Purchaser is not delivered to and actually received by <br />Purchaser at the offices of City of Little Canada, 515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, <br />MN 55117, such offer shall be deemed withdrawn. If an executed and unaltered acceptance by <br />Seller is returned to Purchaser at the offices of City of Little Canada, 515 Little Canada Road <br />East, Little Canada, MN 55117, by said time, the date of such delivery shall be the date of this <br />Agreement. <br />31. Waiver of Claims. Seller shall release Purchaser, its officers, employees, agents, <br />successors and assigns from any and all claims and /or damages Seller may have against those <br />parties arising from or associated with this transaction. <br />32. Section 1033 Letter. Purchaser acknowledges that this Property was acquired under <br />the threat of eminent domain.
