EDA adopts shall be deemed an amendment to this Agreement and shall be effective upon <br />the City Council's adoption of a resolution approving the Redevelopment Plan. <br />c. Survival. The Developer's obligations under this Development Agreement <br />shall survive the Developer's repayment of the Loan. <br />d. Choice of Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />e. Binding Effect and Release. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and <br />be binding upon the Developer and the EDA and the respective successors and assigns. The <br />obligations of the Developer under this Development Agreement shall run with title to the <br />Property. Upon the Developer's performance of one or more obligations of the Developer <br />under Section 4, the City shall provide the Developer with a recordable document releasing <br />the Property from the obligation or obligations which the Developer has completed.
