Summary and Recommendation <br />The proposed subdivision of Twin Lake Shores 2 "d Addition into three lots is in <br />conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision and Shoreland Ordinances. The <br />reservation of right -of -way for the Mitchell Trail cul -de -sac would accommodate the City's <br />intent with regard to access for property to the north. The remaining issue would be the <br />need to construct Mitchell Trail at this time.
