City of Little Canada, Minnesota Ordinance AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 902 AND 903.030 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR ENCROACHMENTS INTO REQUIRED YARD SETBACKS FOR CERTAIN GRADE -LEVEL IMPROVEMENTS. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: Section 1. Section 902.010.A.40. is hereby amended to read as follows: 40. Deck. A horizontal, unenclosed platform with or without attached railing, seats, trellises, or other features, attached or functionally related to a principal use or site and at any point extending more than Lh.cee (3) reel_ six(6) inches above ground the immediately adjacent grade at any point within two (2) feet of the structure. Section 2. Section 902.010.A.121. is hereby amended to read as follows: 40. Patio. A recreation area that adjoins or is related to a dwelling aL yrdde or principal structure, is no more than six (6) inches above the immediately adjacent grade at any point within two (2) feet of the patio, is often paved with concrete, stone or masonry materials, and is typically adapted especially to outdoor dining. Section Section 3. 903.030.C.2. is hereby amended to read as follows: C.2. a.
