CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, has determined to vacate the <br />following: <br />Alleyway lying between Lots 1 through 6 on the south and Lots 25 through 30 on <br />the north, Block 1, Bemis Heights; <br />Alleyway lying between Lots 1 through 15 on the south and Lots 16 through 30 <br />on the north, Block 2, Bemis Heights; <br />Alleyway lying between Lots 1 through 15 on the south and Lots 16 through 30 <br />on the north, Block 3, Bemis Heights; <br />Alleyway lying between Lots 1 through 15 on the south and Lots 16 through 30 <br />on the north, Block 4, Bemis Heights; <br />Day Avenue lying between Park Street on the west and Sylvan Street on the east. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the vacation of such alleyways and street and a public <br />hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation the 22"d day of March, 2000, before the <br />City Council in the City Center at 7:30 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give <br />published and posted notice as required by law. <br />Page 85 <br />
