Schreier. <br />As you know, this agreement would be assignable to Precision Landscape & Tree to allow them <br />to construct a new facility on this property to house their operation, subject to zoning <br />compliance. <br />The attorney for Precision Tree is looking over the draft to ensure that it meets his client's needs. <br />I will then forward it to Mr. Schreier for his review and comment. It is likely that some changes <br />could occur to this draft. I would assume they would not have a major impact on the proposed <br />outcome. <br />Subject to any final comments by the City Attorney and any changes to the final draft, I would <br />recommend that the Mayor and I be authorized to execute the purchase agreement with Richard <br />J.
