Marco has presented a quotation for maintenance that <br />is considerably lower than what we have been paying. Their quote is $.008 per copy made and <br />includes all parts, labor, mileage, and supplies -- everything except paper and staples. This rate <br />is guaranteed for one year and can be cancelled after that year by written notice to Marco. <br />I recommend approval of this agreement as presented with an effective date of April 1, 2000. <br />kp <br />Enclosure <br />Page 22 <br />
