All charges specified are those currently in effect and are subject to change only al the <br />lime of annual ronowal. If the charges are increased the customer may, as of the affective date of such increase, <br />terminate this Agreement by written notice lo Marco. Otherwise the new charges shall become effective upon the date <br />Specified In the renewal notice. This agreement is limited to equipment regularly operated during a single eight hour shift <br />per day and all Marco service calls hereunder are restricted to Marco normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 8 <br />a.rr. to 5 p.m.. <br />WHAT IS COVEBFD Will THIS ARHFEMENT <br />ii ON sire q <br />1. All service calls will be responded totby factory authorized technicians within cursor less <br />from the time a call is a placed. <br />2. All parts worn or broken through normal use (subject to maintenance agreement plan chosen and also .parts <br />availability on older equipment). <br />1 All labor charges. <br />4. All mileage charges. <br />5. Loaner machines are provided (iSeveikUie) in the event a machine cannot be repaired on site. <br />6. Should any of the equipment listed be traded In for a new model from Mdreo during the life of this agreement, <br />Inc unused balance will be prorated toward maintenance of the new machine. <br />WHAT IS NOT QOVOAF WITH THI.� A REEMEM' <br />1. Toner and developer are not covered unless otherwise specified in the annual supply agreement. <br />2. Pans or labor tor repairs made necessary by accident, negligence, tneft, vandalism, lightning, loss of power <br />or current fluctuation, fire, water or other casualty, or to repairs made necessary by service performed by <br />personnel other than those of Marco. <br />3. Service performed at the specific request of the customer, and which commences outside normal working <br />hours or extends more than one hour past the close of the normal workday will be charged at published <br />rates for service time and expense, but without charge for parts covered by this agreement. Normal workday <br />is defined as Mon. through Fri. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. <br />4. When in Marco's opinion, a shop reconditioning is necessary because normal repair and parts replacement <br />cannot keep a machine In safislactory condition, Marco may submit a cost estimate of needed repairs which <br />may be in addition to the maintenance agreement. If the customer does not authorize such repairs, <br />Marco may refuse to renew this agreement. <br />5. Marco is not liable for any damages that may occur to software or customer data. <br />ADDITIONAL TERMS AND QQNpl7 Ql <br />For Service as specified on the equipment listed the undersigned agrees to pay in advents the total amount due as <br />specified to Marco, in accordance with the terms specified. Marco reserves the right to delay service if your regular <br />account is delinquent <br />The undersigned represents that they are the Owner of the equipment or that they have the Owner's authority to enter into <br />this AgreemonL <br />This Agreement is subject to acceptance by Marco, It takes effect on the beginning date and continues In effect for this <br />specified period and will remain In force thereafter, with automatic renewal at the prevailing rates, until cancelled In writing <br />by either party.
