MINUTES <br />CUP — <br />3151 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE — <br />COSTANZO <br />ids <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 9, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice there of a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />9's day of December, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at <br />roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Administrator <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the November 18, <br />1999 meeting, those minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Carl Costanzo appeared before the Commission requesting <br />approval of a Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor <br />storage of materials and equipment as an accessory use at 3151 <br />Country Drive, It was noted that this matter was tabled from the <br />last Commission meeting pending further information on sanitary <br />sewer and water main. Mr. Costanzo had requested an extension <br />to the requirement to blacktop required parking given that when he <br />connects to sanitary sewer, he would have to dig up the blacktop. <br />The Public Works Director noted the location of existing utilities, <br />pointed out that there is no water main or sanitary sewer in this <br />portion of Ryan Drive. Water is provided to the Costanzo property <br />from Country Drive via a 1 -1/4 inch water main which runs through <br />Page 1 <br />
