White Bear Lake's ordinance requires a significant <br />amount of additional landscaping, and only allows outdoor sales on lots of more than two <br />acres, and where there is a building of at least 20% of the lot size. There are several other <br />additional requirements as well. Vadnais Heights only allows large scale used auto sales <br />in conjunction with new auto sales. For automobile repair uses, a limit of five used <br />vehicles for sale would be in force. None of the surveyed communities included separation <br />requirements, or limited the number of licenses. <br />Staff does not recommend changes to the ordinance at this time.
