A minimum of two (2) employee parking spaces shall be pro- <br />vided for every three (3) employees The required parking spaces shall be shown <br />and designated on the site plan. <br />9) Parking for Outside Sales and Storage: The maximum area permitted for outside sales <br />or storage of automobiles, new and used, shall not exceed three and one -hell (3.5) <br />square feet of outside storage area to each one (1) square foot of enclosed ground floor <br />area. Not more than one (1) automobile shall be stored on each one hundred fifty (150) <br />square feet of outside paved storage/display area. No rooftop parking shall be permitted. <br />10) Surface Drainage Plan and improvements: A drainage plan shall illustrate all paved area <br />surface drainage flows.
