All open areas not used for parking and loading must be landscaped according to approved plans (903.050.0.8.o). a All metal buildings must have a curb barrier around the entire building, no closer than 5 feet to the building (903.050.0.3.p.). a No off - street parking may occur within 15 feet of the paved street surface (903.050.F.3.). • Required parking may not be used for sales or storage (903.050.3.). . • Parking requirements are calculated as follows: Office space - 3 spaces plus 1 space for each 200 square feet of floor area, and Narehousing - 1 space per 1,000 square feet of warehouse, plus 1 space per each company truck stored outside (903.050.H.27). a Loading space is calculated at 1 space per 10,000 square feet (903.050. G.1.). a Loading spaces must be 70 feet by 10 feet for the first and 30 feet by 10 feet for additional berths. RECOMMENDATION In general, the building proposal should be satisfactory if other site develop- ment occurs properly. However, as the site plan information was not included in the request, it is not possible to evaluate the total development's accepta- bility.
