In an effort to develop the best budget possible, the <br />document is perpetually evolving, and several changes have been made since your December 15th approval <br />which warrant highlighting as follows: <br />General Fund <br />12/15/99 Approved Budget Surplus /(Deficit) <br />Decreased admin Contracted Services line item by <br />$3,643 for temporary employee as amount was <br />already included in regular employee <br />Increased 1999 Insurance Refunds line item by $6,737 <br />to reflect actual 1999 refunds. Previous amount of <br />$10,000 was an estimate. The change to a total of <br />$16,737 reflects actual for the year. <br />Decreased 2000 Insurance Refunds line item. Had <br />previously "plugged" $2,268 here in anticipation of <br />LMC dividend in order to eliminate deficit (we do <br />not usually budget for any dividend).
