7. All junk and debris must be removed from the side and rear yards along with <br />creating order to the storage of materials on this site. <br />8. The City Engineer recommends that the curb -cut access points be reduced to a <br />maximum of two (2) and in addition the width of the access points should be not <br />greater than thirty -two (32) feet for each of the public street access points. However, <br />the City Engineer does not have an objection to the current configuration, as it does <br />not hinder traffic flow. <br />9. Property owners are responsible for compliance with Minnesota State Statute <br />requirements regarding the establishment and compliance of handicap parking <br />guidelines. <br />10.
