• All required off - street parking areas must have at least a five (5) foot <br />landscaping and continuous curb barrier setback to any line and a total of fifteen <br />(15) foot setback from the street surface. <br />• All areas not used for parking in the front yard must be landscaped (40 feet from <br />property line). <br />6. Property owners are responsible for compliance with Minnesota State Statute <br />requirements regarding the establishment and compliance of handicap parking <br />guidelines. <br />7.
