MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JULY 12, 2012 <br />report dated July 3, 2012 and based on compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in this same report. <br />Motion seconded by Fischer. <br />Motion failed 2 to 2. Murphy and Fischer voted in favor; Duray and Hall <br />voted against. <br />Given the split vote, the Commission asked the Planner their options from <br />a procedural standpoint. The Planner indicated that the Commission could <br />make another motion, or pass the recommendation on with the split vote. <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to pass this matter onto the <br />Council with the split vote. <br />RV PARKING The City Planner reported that at the August meeting he will be making a <br />report relative to recreational vehicle parking in side yards on residential <br />properties. <br />ADJOURN <br />Duray recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Hall. <br />Motion carried 4 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:08 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />City Clerk <br />- 9 - <br />25 <br />
