MINUTES <br />TISIO N - <br />3i40fi'I <br />TA RC)tD- <br />PREFE1IRED <br />I3UIL)ERS <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 9 2000`. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of May, 2000 <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada <br />Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr, Steve Morelan <br />Mr, Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Terry Maurer <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -5 -115 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 26, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Fahey noted that the public hearing to consider the property division <br />of 3240 Twin Lake Road was closed at the last Council meeting. <br />Council reviewed the revised diagram for the proposed cul -de -sac <br />at the end of Mitchell Trail noting the additional easement which <br />provides additional right -of -way abutting Tract A. It was noted that <br />the radius for the cul -de -sac is proposed at 45 feet. <br />40 <br />
