MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />LINE <br />RELOCATION - <br />3244 TWIN <br />LAKE ROAD - <br />ALEKS <br />KLIDZEJS <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 23, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of October, 2002 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />City Engineer <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr, Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -10- 236 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 7, 2002 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE OCTOBER 9, 2002 <br />WORKSHOP COUNICL MEETING AND THE OCTOBER 9, 2002 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, Anderson, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing relative to the request of Aleks <br />Klidzejs for relocation of the lot line between 3244 and 3246 Twin Lake <br />Road. It was noted that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the request. <br />Fahey verified with Mr. Klidzejs that the request is not related to any <br />additional development of the property. Mr. Klidzejs reported that that was correct. <br />He is selling the property at 3246 Twin Lake Road, and would like to move the lot <br />line over by ten feet prior to making the sale. <br />43 <br />
