If the Planning Commission and City Council determine that the scale of the building is <br />compatible with the existing dwelling, our office recommends approval of the conditional <br />use permit. This recommendation is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The garage shall not exceed 1,500 square feet in area. <br />2. in addition to the detached garage, not more than one accessory shed with an area <br />not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) square feet shall be permitted. <br />3. The architectural appearance of the garage shall utilize the same design, building <br />materials and colors of the principal dwelling. <br />4. The garage shall be setback a minimum of ten (10) feet from any side or rear lot <br />line. <br />5. The height of the garage shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet as defined by the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />6. Comments of other City staff. <br />pc.
