Hanson <br />Christenson /Collyard Project: <br />Discussions have occurred regarding the financial implications of the development concept put <br />forth by Ron Christenson and Gary Collyard. We are at the point where a development <br />agreement needs to be prepared to continue forward. I have asked the developers for a $15,000 <br />deposit to offset our costs associated with this component. They have indicated their agreement <br />in providing this amount. <br />There is still discussion of a theater being part of their project. I believe we will have an idea as <br />to the overall feasibility of this project within the next two weeks. <br />Eminent Domain Proceedings on Guerin Property: <br />We were supposed to have the Commissioners' hearing on June 30th for this property. However, <br />it was postponed until July 19`h due to an illness of one of the commissioners.
