Nadeau, Jr. <br />Michael Fahey <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Ryan's site plan (attached) has been reviewed by both the standards contained <br />in the old Zoning Ordinance as well as the new Zoning Ordinance revision. <br />Based upon the existing Ordinance, no parking would be allowed within the front <br />yard setback area. This would eliminate approximately seven of the parking spaces <br />he has proposed, however, he would still conform to the parking requirements of the <br />Ordinance.
