There are approximately two — six (2 -6) employees at this <br />address on a permanent basis. <br />The proposed open and outdoor storage areas as shown on the site plan are the east side <br />of the building and an area along the rear property line. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is an interior lot located on Ryan Lane and is zoned "1 -1" Light Industrial. <br />The principal uses in this building are office and storage /warehouse on a .6lacre parcel <br />located on the southern side of Ryan Lane.
